Nestled in the heart of beautiful Mount Somers, our campground is proudly volunteer-run and community supported. We offer a relaxed, family-friendly place to stay - whether you're here to explore the mountains, visit friends, or simply unwind in nature.

Summer Season (Until 12th April)

Our full campground facilities are open and ready for you, including:

• Hot showers

• Kitchen facilities

• Toilets

• Powered sites

It’s the perfect base for walking tracks, exploring the hills, or enjoying everything our mountain town has to offer.

Camping operates on a first come, first served basis - no bookings required.

Winter Season (From 13th April)

From 13 April, powered sites, showers, and the kitchen will close for the winter season.

You are still very welcome to camp, with toilet facilities available year-round.

If you’re planning a large group stay and would like access to full facilities outside the summer season, please email details of your request to mtsomersdomain@gmail.com. We may be able to open the facilities by arrangement.

As a volunteer-run campground, your honesty and support help us maintain and improve the facilities for everyone to enjoy.
